Floor Coating for:

Floor Coating Solutions for Food & Beverage

From food processing and packaging plants to beverage production and bottling, the food and beverage industry brings its own unique set of problems and priorities. Even within a single establishment, different areas may require very different levels of performance from their respective floors. Food labs and processing facilities need to withstand heavy foot traffic, while a walk-in freezer or an area with an oven must perform in extreme temperatures. All food production operations benefit from having USDA compliant floors.

Eco-Crete™ HF

Eco-Crete HF is a one layer, nominal 1/4" trowel applied cementitious urethane mortar applied direct to concrete. This system is moisture resistant and is used to resurface eroded interior concrete floors in areas that require thermal shock resistance.

Eco-Crete™ MF

Eco-Crete MF is a two layer, nominal 3/16"cementitious urethane system, with thermal shock resistance and a smooth finish. First, a thin primer is applied direct to concrete, followed by the cementitious urethane.

Eco-Crete™ SF

Eco-Crete SF is a two layer, nominal 1/4", cementitious urethane slurry system. The slurry is applied direct to concrete with a broadcast of silica sand that covers the entire floor, followed by a gloss finish topcoat. This moisture resistant system is used to resurface lightly eroded interior concrete floors in areas that require thermal shock resistance and slip resistance.

Eco-Crete™ SF Flake

Eco-Crete SF Flake is a three layer, cementitious urethane slurry system, with a single broadcast of decorative vinyl flake. The slurry is applied at a nominal 1/4" direct to concrete with a broadcast of decorative vinyl flake, that covers the entire floor. Available in either a gloss or satin finish, this light stable, moisture resistant system is used to resurface lightly eroded interior concrete floors in areas that require thermal shock resistance and slip resistance.

Eco-Crete™ SF Flake DB

Eco-Crete SL Flake DB (Double Broadcast) is a four layer cementitious urethane slurry system. The slurry is applied at a nominal 3/16" direct to concrete with a broadcast of decorative vinyl flake that covers the entire floor. A coat of epoxy is applied with a second broadcast of decorative vinyl flake. Available in either a gloss or satin finish, this light stable, moisture resistant system is used to resurface lightly eroded interior concrete floors in areas that require thermal shock resistance and additional texture for added slip resistance.

Eco-Crete™ SF Quartz

Eco-Crete SF Quartz is a three layer, cementitious urethane slurry system with a single broadcast of decorative quartz. The slurry is applied at a nominal 1/4" direct to concrete with a broadcast of decorative quartz that covers the entire floor. Available in either a gloss or satin finish, this light stable, moisture resistant system is used to resurface lightly eroded interior concrete floors in areas that require thermal shock resistance and slip resistance.

Eco-Crete™ SF Quartz DB

Eco-Crete SF Quartz DB (Double Broadcast) is a three layer system with a double broadcast of decorative quartz. A cementitious urethane slurry is applied direct to concrete with a broadcast of decorative quartz. Next, a coat of epoxy is applied with a second broadcast of decorative quartz. This light stable system is used to resurface lightly eroded interior concrete floors in areas that require thermal shock resistance and additional texture for added slip resistance. It is available in either a gloss or satin finish.

Eco-Crete™ SL

Eco-Crete SL is a two layer, nominal 3/16" cementitious urethane slurry system. The slurry is applied direct to concrete with a broadcast of silica sand that covers the entire floor, followed by a gloss finish topcoat. This moisture resistant system is used to resurface lightly eroded interior concrete floors in areas that require thermal shock resistance and slip resistance.
